I can now make paneer that tastes better than I can get anywhere!! I always make extra sauce when I make Palak Paneer or Saag Paneer so that I can just gobble up more paneer. We LOVE Urvashi!!

Hey, I recently saw this video and tried it but it was mess after I open instant pot. milk boiled and reach to the lid. I have 3qt instant pot. can you please suggest amount of milk??

I made this several years ago from your Indian Instant Pot cookbook along with the Butter Chicken and something else that I can't remember. I had 3 Instant Pots going simultaneously and my kitchen looked like a tornado (but not a white one) had gone through. But I had Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer that was magnificent! Thank you so much for you videos. I just got the Mealthy CrispLid after watching your review.
