The Christmas party guest that was offended at the no mask party? How about he just leave the party? No, instead he pushed his agenda.

The single woman who got pregnant? How about she leave the company once she can’t abide by the contract she signed? She knew what she was getting into when she hired on.

Chris Hogan was the shining star in Ramsey Solutions- he is human he made mistakes- RS was okay with this in 2018 seems like they didn’t care until the articles and law suits came forward - it doesn’t discredit financial advice I’ve received from RS team but very disappointed

I give Ramsey all the credit in the world. The guy tells people to live below their means and be responsible. That's essentially it and he's made millions giving advice that I knew as a first grader.

The Q is: Were the people hired given explicit contract compliance rules for maintaining employment spelling out these requirements? I mean if Ramsey has a certain image to uphold then maybe he had it layed out up front?

There is supposed to confidentiality in marriage counseling sessions just like there is supposed to be a confidential relationship between you and your doctor or you and your lawyer.
Your boss is not supposed to use the information you disclosed in a counseling session to bully and harass you.

Dave Ramsey's company is incredibly misogynistic. And don't call the woman who was terminated illegally a girl, unless you're going to call Chris Hogan a boy. Ramsey Solutions also has a culture of toxic hyperindividualism, and that's very sad to see the victims they try to silence.

Dave gives great financial advice which I liked and found valuable. At least I used to. His involvement in his employees personal love life is creepy and should be illegal. Does he have a gay employee? If so should they be fired ? Also telling people they can not wear a mask to protect themselves is criminal. Even if it was early in the pandemic he should respect people’s lives. Yikes!

I am just not a big fan of Dave Ramsey. His celebrity has grown larger than his value as a financial advisor or whatever he claims to be. I find him to be condescending and arrogant to people who call in to his show. And Chris Hogan was his attempt to expand his brand to the minority populations. As far as the employment and termination issues go they will have to stand on their individual merit. Your attempt to compare Chris Hogan's situation to the employee you say was terminated for pregnancy was kind of weak in my opinion because I am sure they were covered by quite a bit different agreements. However if that person was indeed terminated because of her pregnancy she definitely has a case. And why did Chris Hogan's wife go along with all of this? My guess would be she wanted to keep getting her divorce payments.

#1....You got to trace boundaries. Chris private life is nobodies bussines but his. And he should have known that when he was hired by Mr. Ramsey since the man has certain by laws written.
not good to keep extramarital affairs at your place of work. It gives a very bad feeling, cause the person you are having the affair with, he or she does feel like she has more privileges and authority over you.

Dave is a control freak and has no flexability. As a Christian I can believe he does not have as much compassion as one he admires.... A little hypercritical. Chris Hogan is amazing love his books! I feel bad for Chris Hogan and his family it's very personal
