Don’t buy Gearwrench if you expect them to replace them under warranty been trying to get a broken ratchet repaired/replaced for 6-7 months, made numerous online claims, emails and phone calls so why do yall not honor the lifetime warranty? I just bought a cheap harbor freight ratchets to finish a job I know they atleast warranty there tools 😂

I just don’t understand your line up. 120xp seemed like the top end, then you were pushing 90t like it was better, now 120 again? Is there a philosophy to the different lines? Do you guys design a tool and then grab whatever ratchet mechanism is in reach and sell it? 😅

gearwrench is slow to upgrade regular combination wrenches when the 120 xp & 90t both have open end off corner loading a form of anti-slip yet combination wrenches still as toothless as seems they only upgrade the expensive line ratchet wrenches with 5 degree swing ark yet not a 6 point option??? seems tool expansion is not a priority!!!
