Digital inline holographic microscpy

In this video, I introduced an inline digital holographic microscopy system. In particular, the system scheme is demonstrated and we also introduce the double-sideband filter technique. Moreover, we measured the human kidney embryonic cell and the small bacteria in the natural water. The system demonstrates its feasibility to realize the microscopic imaging.

Hi Zhang I want to understand how the in line holography reconstruction algorithm works, can give me some advice where I can learn the reconstruction algorithm steps without having the need to have a deep understanding of the maths behind the algorithm?
