Workshop Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM): Seminar 6 Learning-based approaches to DHM

By the end of this seminar, the viewers will be able to:
(1) Recognize the stages of Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM) in which learning-based models can be used to process recorded data.​
(2) Learn the fundamentals of the Convolutional Neural Networks and how these models are used in the task of phase object detection in raw DHM holograms.​
(3) Identigy the appropriate basics of deep learning end-to-end models (Convolutional Autoencoders and conditional Generative Adversarial Networks) and how they can be used to retrieve undistorted phase maps from raw DHM holograms.
