By the end of this seminar, the viewers will be able to:
(1) Recognize the stages of Digital Holographic Microscopy (DHM) in which learning-based models can be used to process recorded data.
(2) Learn the fundamentals of the Convolutional Neural Networks and how these models are used in the task of phase object detection in raw DHM holograms.
(3) Identigy the appropriate basics of deep learning end-to-end models (Convolutional Autoencoders and conditional Generative Adversarial Networks) and how they can be used to retrieve undistorted phase maps from raw DHM holograms.
