One of my pain points on personalization is buyers don't respond to questions that we have. So, as a result, production is delayed or the transaction canceled. One example is, I sell personalized doctor mugs and instead of putting Dr. Smith, they'll put Dtr. Smith and it was clearly a typo (I'm pretty sure they wanted to say Dr. and not Dtr.) so what do you do in cases like that? Also, sometimes, they will put 2 names instead of one name and you don't know if they want both names on the mug or separate mugs (if that's the case, they would have to purpose 2 items). Anyway, a lot of headaches trying to reach the customer. Cassiy or Stephen, what do you do in cases where buyers don't respond to you?

I have a number of "custom" listings throughout my store and even have made the blanket statement that I can personalize pretty much anything, but have only ever sold 1. That person never responded after the order so I put it through and then again, no further contact. No review, no comments... How do you stand out in this now massive market?

Has the erase tool in Canva changed? When I'm editing mockup designs for group listings, it only shows me the checkered background when I'm erasing, so I can't tell if it's enough or too much based on what I'm laying the design over.

Hi love your vids! Hope you can help out as not finding this answer anywhere…. Ordered 2 white sweatshirts and both came out yellow. Printify sent me a replacement and again yellow… I feel the white merchandise is becoming yellow after couple days or is yellow from the get go… What to do? I dont want to start selling until I know the answer…How to print anything on white clothing merchandise?? Thank you 😊

I haven't had much luck with ornaments. I've sold a few in the last year but some of them had customer quality complaints which has deterred me from selling them all together. Is there a certain provider that has a good reputation?

I always heard in your videos that Etsy charge .20cts for the new listing, but I noticed that Etsy is charging me for every sell, I am a very pretty new Etsy seller, I only have 3 sale so far but I noticed that Etsy charge me a renewal listing after the sell even though is not the time to renew that listing?

If you have a moment, I have a question for you. I have two shops - one for printed items and one for digital items. The printed shop only has 3 sales, the digital has over a 100. I'm thinking of turning my digital shop into a printed shop after letting the items in my printed shop die off. Do you feel that would be a good idea? I can't keep up with two shops. :)

Help. I noticed a lot of top sellers sell muiple brands of shirts per listing and make all sizes and styles available. Is this the preferred way? I am new and I have been selling one brand per listing and only show a few colors per listing. Appreciate your expertise on this.
