In 2016 we bought a 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home with a movie theater, game room, dining room, living room, den, kitchen nook the house was 4600 sq feet nice size backyard we paid 310k we got to pick out everything in that house. They gave us a fridge, washer dryer, wooden blinds for free plus $1600 for reference two buyers. we sold it in 2019 for 500+k that was Wylie Texas.
