Tom king really does well on mini series. Brave and the bold, Riddler, Mister Miracle, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, and of course Visions. Sad his work doesn’t translate very well to let’s say a hundred issue run (that was cut short)

If I had to pick a single story from the Tom King era, it would be Cold Days. That is one of the best Batman stories I have ever read. Great list!

Agree with all these, with the exception of Gotham City Year One. I loved the art by Hester, but King’s story just fell flat for me.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with you on Riddler's One Bad Day. While it does a good job at showing how smart and scary Riddler can be that isn't the point of Riddler. He wants attention, recognition, respect and to prove he is better then everyone. He already knows he can be unstoppable if he wanted but he doesn't. He can't stop from bragging how smart he is in a riddle. While I like the fact Riddler knows who Batman is was good. Art not my style, needed better dialog, has Riddler the mastermind of the Killing Joke, makes Batman a coward for not taking him down immediately after the basketball scene and drugging him enough to make him lose his mind is just stupidity at it's finest. As Batman is now responsible for letting Riddler escape and killing dozens of people.

I literally just finished reading “War of Jokes and Riddles” sorry, I wasn’t a fan. I’ve actually really liked most of Tom King’s stuff with Batman, particularly the “I Am Gotham” storyline, but the War of Jokes and Riddles was pretty lame to me.
