Nope………NOT ASHLAND……THOSE PRICES ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE.
WHAT ABOUT AROUND PIONEER, DARK HOLLOW area. I live on the corner of Dark Hollow and Pioneer, a little over 1 mile from S Stage rd. May be 2< miles from S Medford High. on Columbus.. 2100 sq ft, 4 bdrm, 2 1/2 bathrooms, sunken living room, Inground Pool. On 3.2 mostly level acres. When we had it up for sale, it looked really good……my husband is now in a hospital bed, I am having a rough time of it and have since having it up for sale have found approx $60K of repair to be done on it but can’t even have that done yet, for stupid reasons. All that is just something else……this area is out in the country, mountains surrounding homes…..with turkeys, deer, coyotes, even an occasional bear, swimming in the pool. I would have definitely thought this area would have made your list.
