Hello peachies 🍑 The quest for beauty among women has been as old as time itself, in the modern era our perception towards beauty is guided by celebrities and models we've seen in the media…

Most of us have more or less developed the “beauty anxiety”, a condition that makes us feel that we should be more beautiful to accustom ourselves to the beauty standards. The media has always been interested in Korean celebrities' appearances. From their pre-debut days up to their latest looks, endless discussion posts appeared on quora and makeup tutorials mushrooming on youtube showing how to recreate or analyse their looks.

But how exactly do we implement those styles on ourselves? Most of us just do not know where to begin. Replicating the celebrities’ look exactly? But you find that you can’t pull off the style well like the celebrities do. Some of us could have ended up becoming self-criticising and start pinpointing imperfections of their appearance, and that's the time when the beauty anxiety kicks in. We become so fragile and insecure, it causes us to make irrational decisions… In this video, we will show you the easiest way to improve your overall impression through the Glow Up Blueprint Pyramid, step by step!

Hope u guys will love this video!♥☺ pls enjoy peachies!

Posture and body language is sooo important in appearing attractive. Even with a good outfit

Girls, just sharing a few hacks that have changed my life:
1. High-waisted skirts - they are flattering for any body type, suitable for anywhere anytime High-waisted skirts, shorts or jeans are basically all I wear now, and they always make my short legs look longer than they are (lol).
2. Apply loose powder after foundation - helps makeup stay on 1.5 times longer, a godsend for oily skin, less makeup smearing off under your mask.
3. Preventing eyeliner from smearing on eyelids - apply a thin layer of light nude eyeshadow/powder over your lids as a base, before you apply your eye makeup.
4. Start moisturising, using eye creams, and sunscreen, once you start working in your early 20s - many people have commented I still look really young (not bragging)

I was bullied in elementary and high school and I always lacked self esteem.I considered myself ugly and I tried very hard to look beautiful by buying a lot of makeup, skincare and haircare products.Of course a lot of people told me I was beautiful but I didn't believed them, not because I didn't want or that I craved attention, but simply because my brain was wired to think that I was ugly due to the bullying. Also, seeing a lot of photoshopped models and women in social media didn't help at all.
So let me tell you how I kinda get over it:I realized that a lot of people are too busy to care or to judge you.You think your nose is too big/crooked/small?I guarantee that you are mostly the one that thinks that way and a lot of people simply don't care or don't notice unless you point it out.Same goes for everything else.Oh, and another thing that helped me:just sit and think for a moment:"when was the last time I saw someone with ugly hair/face/body?2 days ago?one week ago?and did I truly care?did my mental opinion affect that person in any way?".And after you say that either out loud or in your mind, you'll start to realize that this is how most people think about you.

back when i was younger, I WAS SUPER INSECURE

i worked out, invested in skincare, embraced my flaws and BEST FEATURES (these days i always flex my eyes, dimples, and round face), and found my ideal wardrobe. i do admit the admirations, compliments, and change in treatment gave me an ego boost. however, the shy and insecure little girl in me is still inside. i'm still working on loving myself and continue doing so.

Another thing most people don't realize is that celebrities have almost ALL of their clothes tailored to fit them just right, even the baggy ones. I think it's a valuable skill to learn how to tailor your own clothes and it's relatively easy as well. If you're really good at it, you might even be able to make your own clothes, which is even better because it'll be the exact color, shape, size, material and style you want it to be :)

I’ve always found Seulgi stunning. Something about her just draws my eye. I think it goes to show that uniqueness can be just as much of a draw as perfect ratios.

I've never seen anyone explain the concept of being non-photogenic so accurately, this is so validating

I love this channel for being so practical with the advice, without being discouraging or telling people they NEED to change to be beautiful. You've achieved a really wonderful balance between results-oriented tips, without forgetting that there is a human being out there behind the analysis. Thanks for the great content <3

I have never seen anyone speak about dynamic beauty and wow that shifted my whole perspective. I have always believed myself to be beautiful, perhaps in a more unique way, but I never felt like photos did me much justice haha. It is always a good reminder that real life you is the more beautiful version, and one we can't always see for ourselves.

I always wondered why my friends looked “better” than me, but now I know. One of them has the perfect golden ratio face, one has an extraordinary talent for makeup and uses it to accentuate her doe eyes, and the other wears clothes that reflect her personality and temperament. I always assumed it was because I was born with unflattering features (I mean to others, I’ve always loved my face lol) but now I know I just need to find what works for me!

This is very well made. Well done. My additional input is that hair, skin and eyebrows are the holy trinity of physical beauty. When those 3 things are on point, you're 90% there. Even in a simple jeans and t-shirt with no makeup you'd look clean and put together. The other 10% is in the details and adding your own style and personality to your final look.

Glow up
- health (skincare, healthy diet workout, posture, quality sleep, drink water)
- structure (face shape wise hairstyles, healthy hair, body ratio)
- style
- confident body language

i love how this channel breaks down the topic into parts that are easy to understand and follow, even for something subjective like beauty. beauty starts from the inside out.

About the posture
Ballet helps a LOT. I did ballet a lot when I was a kid, and my posture is now naturally pretty good. And from what I have seen from others, people who did ballet almost all share that trait.
I'm sure there are other options but yeah, just saying it in case someone would be interessed!

I can’t lie, this has boosted my perception of self image so much. Yesterday night I watched 3/4 of this video and got up feeling that I look amazing. I’m paying attention t my posture more (even tho my mum reminds me herself 😂) and have realised how I want to be. The posture part now is most important. I don’t know how to explain but it has improved my confidence

Omg this helped me so much with my beaty anxiety, I am soooo insecure about my face like the details (the one which can barely be seen) but never thought that not everybody can see it, they have to be like 6 cms close to see it LOL

4:18 || omg thaaank you for making this point; I’ve always been insecure about yearbook photos or airport photos, even though I find myself pretty irl! That’s why I like taking motion photos instead of normal photos ♡
