When a Sigma Male Goes Silent (It's Already Too Late).
Have you ever noticed that moment when someone's energy completely shifts? Not in an obvious, dramatic way - but in that subtle, final way that feels like a door quietly closing forever. When a Sigma male goes silent, it's exactly like that.
Psychologists highlight an intriguing observation: while most people use silence as a weapon or a strategy, for Sigma males, it's more like a final verdict. By the time you notice their silence, they've already gone through an entire process you never saw coming.

When you've already said every thing you could, silence is the only thing that makes any sense.

I don't really characterize myself a a Sigma male but i do admire the thinking process of a sigma that all males can learn from. Just walking away in silence from any situation that does not serve our purpose is key to having peace of mind.

Great video if you're a true sigma you know people need you and you don't need people.

This analysis is spot on. Every word is accurate. I am a sigma but never knew it until recently. I understand myself now & why I reacted how I did. Excellent video. I salute you. 👍👌✅💯

This is so accurate - it describes my nature and actions. I have told people that they don't have to worry if we are discussing/debating/arguing together; but they should be concerned when I go silent because I have just made a rational decision that you won't like.

Wow I've done this to people in my life and its always the same thing, something suddenly shifts and the connection that I once had is no longer there. I don't feel bad or upset about it I just accept its no longer there and move on with my life. Never really thought about that before.

It’s sucks having sigma traits. Because people often assume that you are a narcissistic sociopath because you detach so easily from relationships.

I'm so glad this showed up in my suggested viewing. Praise the algorithm :-p this is the first time I've herd of Sigma and I think Its about to help me understand myself in a new way. During this video, I found myself having flashbacks of many social interactions in my life. I respect the format of this video that people on either side can learn from. May The Peace Be With You, all of you ^_^

If my silence could speak - this is what it would’ve said. Incredibly accurate.

We move on and let you figure it out. We don't feel we need to tell you about your multiple times you've disrespected us and we've pointed it out and you have refused to accept your accountability... check!

The friend who kept you around to make him feel better about himself.

What many people don't understand is that if you are a character like this it's a final decision that can be also made after a "not extremely serious" situation.
We observe, think, signalize, adjust and when you've reached the point of no return it's because of the final straw that broke the camel's back.
And then the other(s) look at you, cry and don't understand the world anymore...

I often take this approach with people I'm sick and tired of. Saying nothing, says so much. It's non violent and non abusive.
But one must be careful. You simply can't do this with spouses, colleagues, family members or anyone else you just HAVE to communicate with. This approach at home would end your marriage. At work, it would likely end your employment.
You just need to be careful.

The problem with this is that there is no solution presented. I have reached this point in my marriage, yet I dont want the marriage to end because I consider marriage to be a lifelong vow and commitment. I have gone silent with my wife, there is anger to be sure, but my silence is simply because I want peace, not to punish her. Is there advice to those who have put soneone into their "silence" box and wants to communicate that to them? Is it simply a conversation where you tell someone "I am silent towards you because of (insert here) and I cannot remove you from this without you also providing part of the solution"

yep indeed, and when it concerns a twin flame situation it is really challenging. I am the sigma woman myself. and my twin is definitely a sigma man. only where I, as a sigma woman, can change the script if my vision about a person or situation has changed because I have gained more insight or grown/healed. I wonder if the sigma man can do this? and in that tenacity, almost stubbornness of irreversible decisions.

Never accept disrespect from anyone. Ever.
Not even yo’ momma.

I stay away from going silent - it’s when I’m dangerous and resolute in a zen state.

I looked at my toxic mother as she died in hospital - she burnt her bridges for 52 years. When she took her last breath there was nothing left, just like this video explains.

I don't feel like a Sigma but I have never needed friends in my life. When a relationship seems to be more negative for me than positive I just don't contact that person again.
