As a sigma male, this video is subjective. First, Sigmas ain't gonna listen to a woman who is just babbling about her life. We don't listen to idle talk, We will listen to you if you have something to say but we will not listen to you waffling about the BS at work (people we don't even know) and in your family.

Second, the "spontaneous" part is mainly for ourselves. We love adventure but its usually something that pushes us or something that piques our interest. Spontaneous in dating does not apply to sigmas because its the woman that has to convince us for our time, because our time is what we value most. Wasted time usually equal wasted money and we don't like either one.

You are right about the "rewards" thing however sigmas will NOT reward you for doing things you should be able or expected to do. For instance, cooking. Cooking is a LIFE skill. Any functioning adult should be able to cook. As a Sigma, if I can cook as a man, than I EXPECT you to know how to cook as a woman as well. Loyalty is a GOOD CHARACTER trait. You should not be expected to be rewarded for having good character traits, its just something you should possess.

Lastly, Ladies, Sigmas are great at recognizing the fakes. We are not the "latest" dating fad. YOU are gonna have to be what WE WANT. Sigmas ain't scared of going through life alone. Sigmas are also sound morally. If you lacking in this area ladies, then you won't get this guy, no matter how good you look and this is gonna disappoint a lot of you, most of us are NOT chads and tyrones.We know we could land in too much life destroying trouble manuevering like that. If you not content with the "quiet" side of life, you won't want to be with a sigma male because peace is what we value the most. Thanks.
