I grabbed about $5k worth of O last year to test the hype for myself, then it announced a spinoff that confused the heck out of this beginner investor. As much as I've learned O moved its office properties into the brand new ONL and rewarded is shareholders with 1 share of ONL for every 10 shares of O held. To date, ONL isn't paying dividends, and it isn't growing. Can you do a video on ONL?

I own O as well but what are your thoughts on $ADC AGREE REALTY? My goal is to get at least 125+ shares of both ADC and O. Is there a reit or mreit you would never buy? If you haven't already have you done a video on PBA or ADC?

Solid video & one heck of a REIT.. Realty Income is FIRE, and in my opinion, the best net-lease solutions REIT out there to invest in.. I am excited for their continued growth as they expand well into Spain & the UK... Not to mention, the recent VEREIT acquisition that pack a lot of firepower for them heading into 2022.. Currently hold 74 shares and will get it to 100 before moving to STAG ! Of course, the icing on the cake when it comes to O is the fact that it is a monthly paying dividend play...ayoo!
