Sad! The man should not have cancelled the daughter's visa. The daughter should not be involved in this issue. She did nothing to him. The problem on the ground is between him and the mother of the girl (wife). People should take up their responsibility despite desires and misconduct. Too sad the woman and her children were treated badly by a man she calls her husband.

The UK government must sent the man involved back to his country of origin after completing his prison sentence. This third-world type of behaviour should not be allowed to occur in civilised societies. Conversely, the woman should be encouraged to apply for a new residence permit....

Hmmm sadly i just shared this with my childhood friend, mate and sister from Ghana who even has even 5 children with the abusive husband and is going through the same in London now but she keeps saying God will intervene as when the system steps in the man becomes calm but when she withdraws then he starts all over again sadly. I sometimes dont even want to answer her calls as she only cries when it starts but i remember her and the children in prayers because i dont want to hear any bad sad mad news because she keeps saying the man says i will kill you when he is angry and doesnt want her to work but refuses to give her money also and refusing to renew her documents. Please what is your advise or take on this Sir and my people out there as i feel sad for her especially the children (4 boys and 1 girl) because she is a good woman and a staunch Christian. Any help please

I don't care about the hopelessness between this man and the woman there are two sides to a coin. The withdrawal of his daughter visa application is stupid. Now, as soon as the woman applies for her indefinite leave to remain, she can apply for her daughters to join her, I think with waver . The best is to meet the local authority lawyers or the best lawyers .

The husband shouldn't have cancelled both Visas of both wife & daughter. If there's any relationship breakdown, he should have maturely handled things without VIOLENCE. These are consequences of long term separation between couples. When getting back together, they should get to know themselves again when starting the relationship afresh again before moving forward together. Both parties have grown separately during their time apart. I'll also ask the husband then why did he bring his wife to the UK if he already has a side chick and not happy about his wife's presence living with him in the UK?? Very confusing.
