Smoked Turkey Tails with Rice

Smoked Turkey Tails, if you haven't tried them, you better ask somebody! They are delicious, and so easy to cook. You can simply boil, bake, or even cook on a grill. This is tail will have you coming back for more. Check it out, share and have multiples!
Ingredients:
4 smoked turkey
1cup chopped onions
1cup chopped bell peppers
1 tblsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tblsp onion powder
1 tblsp garlic powder
Tblsp olive olive oil
4 cups water
1 cup rice
Slowly heat olive oil in skillet, add onions and bell peppers, season veggies with teaspoon salt, pepper and onion powder. Cook veggies until onions starts to look transparent.
Rinse turkey tails. In a larger pot add 4 cups of water, the cooked veggies and all the seasonings. Bring pot to boil, lower heat and let cook on mid heat, steady boil for 2-2 1/2 hrs until turkey tails are fork tender.
In a separate pot remove 2 cups of the broth from the cooked turkey tails, add 1 cup of rice. Cover with secure lid, bring to boil, lower heat to simmer. Cook rice for 20 mins on lower heat.
Now comes the good part, either remove the turkey meat from the tail bone and mix in rice or just stand over the pot and eat them straight from the pot, lol. Or I like to just have them with plain yellow mustard on the side as dipping sauce, delicious!
