Baked French Toast Casserole with fresh berries
Breakfast Berry French Toast Casserole 🍓 It’s a mouthful to say but not a mouthful you will regret making 🤤
I love how simple this is to make and store for a quick, tasty breakfast throughout the week! My kids love this one too, especially in the Summertime. ☀️
Baked French Toast Recipe:
Ingredients:
8 pieces Dave’s Killer Bread
5 eggs
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Frozen mixed berries
Maple syrup
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Cut the bread into small squares and add to a casserole dish or foil baking pan (make sure you separate the pieces so they don’t stick together)
3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cinnamon, almond milk and vanilla extract and whisk together
3. Add this on top of the bread in the pan and make sure all pieces are covered
4. Top with the mixed berries (can use frozen or fresh!)
5. Bake for 35 minutes
6. Take out of the oven and let cool then top with maple syrup!
