Ever since I found stoicism at the age of 16 I have never felt depressed, letting things stop me or developed shitty habits. Best thing that happened to me. Along with going to the gym and eating a lot more than I used to 💪🏽

Another thing I want to add is that whenever you start a conversation with someone make hard eye contact while giving a smile and staying relaxed. It gives wonderful outcomes even if you have social anxiety like me. It used to be worse I was isolated now I just get things done. The anxiety remains but not as horrible as it was. I have it under control.

I like the last one. I'm flipping burguers for a job at my university but try to be the best at it (the job is more than that obviously). But point is I got offered a promotion to be manager because management can tell I'm the best worker. Don't settle for mediocrity. Minimum wage = minimum work mentality is not good in the long run.

Worst thing I ever did in life was let my emotions (mainly fear) rule for 3 years. Lost essentially everything in addictions and self pity, recently turning it around though (God is good). It’s never too late to choose to be a man.💪
