Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the circle. Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of one while digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

It’s not unfortunate to be human, it’s got a lot of benefits!! We ❤️ you as you are Mark - no need to be perfect- perfect is boring!!!

Mark, I was amazed at how fast you spotted the break-in. You flew right through the puzzle. I'm glad you caught the title's significance right at the end. Yes, I submitted the puzzle about a year ago. I realize CTC receives dozens of puzzles a day, so I thought I would resubmit this one. Thank you, CTC, for featuring my puzzle! ~Eric

Mark I am blown away - you went to the trouble to make a solvable link for the quilt, that is fantastic! I love it! And of course I love this video. I immediately thought of SET upon seeing the layout of the puzzle (and why was that? because I have been well-taught by you and Simon, of course). I did not think of doing each little section by itself, though, but was thinking more globally. What a nice puzzle and a very nice solve. As for you being human, I am very glad that you are. Were you not you would not have anything at all in common with all of us, because not one of us can claim to be of any higher order of being (and by some lights, humans are among the very highest in any case)! Thank you again for wishing Scott a happy birthday, and for all that you do to make this such a great channel.

Emily’s “cushion cover” looks like a quilt! Look at the hands holding it up to give a sense of its size. Nice to see sudoku and quilting together today. Thanks for all the great puzzles

23:12 for me. I can't believe how simple the break-in is once you see it, and how long it actually took me to see it hahaha. Fantastic puzzle!!

This was a beautiful use of SET, and very approachable if you are familiar with SET. Im not, sadly, although i was excited to start the puzzle

Finished in 46:39, an it's the first time I ever was able to implement set theory without assistance. Very nice intro to the concept, kudos to the creator.

Very nice break-in to a cool puzzle.
Emily's quilt/cushion was also a really fun snack and a beautiful piece of work (4:21)

It's all of these ones that involve sets that fly above my head in rarified air. I love how this one seemed utterly impenetrable and then folded like a souffle.

Lovely logic today! My time was 29:15, solver number 3739. I also did the quilt puzzle, which had a solve time of 2:05, solver number 804.

Huh. The 4:8 pair in box 8 was the first thing I found. Just goes to show that starting in a different location can highlight different things. I didn't have quite as good luck overall, and it took about 45 minutes for me.
