I've had nothing but book failures lately so seeing your shelves and which covers look good while you say if you liked it or not was great to give inspiration to find something hopefully good! Also, I started thinking about your door being all the way open and it's made me realize I've lived three places and never once had a door that even had the option of opening all the way like that. I'd rather have the shelves but whatever works best for you!

Would a door stopper that you attach to the door hinge work to stop the door from hitting the shelves? Hate to see you build something custom if something simple might work, unless of course you just want to. 😊

I’ve actually heard much better things about The Bargainer series from lots of people then The Four Horseman series.

At least give the first book 'rhapsodic' of the bargainer series at try, before you decide if you want to get rid of the bindup. The series is bomb! 😅
