Souper Savoury Winter Smoothie

Some people love smoothies and others are like meh.
In all fairness to the meh crowd, there are smoothies that are way too sweet or downright unhealthy or they are too healthy and taste like wet hemp socks blended up in a lab experiment. I've been guilty of all of the above.
If you like the idea of a smoothie but are not crazy about having sweet and or cold things first thing in the morning, consider this week's Sweet Freedom Recipe Wednesday
It's not what you've come to think a smoothie should be and it is not really a soup but a hybrid. Tons of healing goodness that isn't going to spike your blood sugar and great for those cold mornings where an icy cold drink just doesn't feel right.

Recipe:
1 Leek
1 tbsp Miso paste
1 inch minced ginger
1 inch minced turmeric
1 clove of garlic
Lots of spinach
1 tsp of Smoked Chili Salt
1-2 Cups of Hot Water (Blend to desired consistency)
