@1:03 it's ok, I fall in the planning trap myself so you are not alone. You have a popular channel to show for so your GOOD! Isolating one self is something I have adopted in early 2023 & has been an interesting development.

@11:11 Amazing to listen that you are intentionally realistic about the goal's you place and aware of your capabilities. 2023 showed me my capacity of completing tasks versus my ambitious goals.

@13:01 Recognizing one's accomplishments is definitely being adopted this year, thank you for pointing this out.

3X3 System is a great technique! ( 3 categories of life & 3 goals for each category)
