A lovely way to approach pins from 60 yards out

Thank you. A good concept that we can follow an amateur, like most of us, who is able to get lessons from various top golfers and coaches, unlike most of us. Very helpful.

I've tried this and it works so well...especially not transferring any weight through the swing. Keeps your eye on the ball and stops the aggressive swinging at the ball which brings in pulls and pushes.

In Ireland we have a lot of Pitch n Putt courses. Great for practicing these pitch shots. But I think if they changed the mats on Pitch n Putt tee boxes so players could hit it off the mat without a tee, more golfers would play pitch n putt and vice versa.

I worked with Simon at Plainfield Country club. A classy guy all the way around.

Great shots and tempo! How would the club and swing change as you got nearer to the pin?

On my last round I found myself pulling my Gap 50° wedge for shots from 80 yards and in. But the shots that I was most proud of was from inside 40 yds keeping the ball as low as I could and rolling it towards the hole. So now that I'm inside of 6 feet let's talk about putting.

Great instruction! 60 yard is a trick shot I usually prefer 85-95 yards which is a full 60 degree shot! Will practice this!

Anna looks like she was a star athlete at an online university with no athletics.
Queen of the Telly Remote, if you will.

Do you turn your hips in backswing in this pitch shot? I think yes, since this is mini swing but I would be happy if you could comment.thanks.

Hahaha. So non-chalant about hitting the pin. I love it.

What's the angle of a standard pitching and sand wedge? Lob is 60, I guess, right?

60 yards to the pin or edge of the green?

More helpful to see the swing instead of the ball landing.

Great advice 🐲 Always take more club. Remember, we are playing golf not darts 🍉
