You should absolutely not be measuring like that. You measured underneath your toe and underneath your heel. You should have your foot with all of its weight standing on a piece of paper and your heel backed up against a wall. You need to know how much your foot is going to spread out with your weight on top of it. Your makeup's on point though.

Measure from the crease of your wrist to the crease of your elbow on the inside of your arm. Works every time. Don’t believe me?? Put the heel of your foot on the inside, crease of your elbow, and I can guarantee you that your toes will end at the inside crease of your wrist.
