How to Make a Gourmet Burger in VR180 at Clutch Burger | Miami, Florida
Показать описание
When I’m at home in Miami in-between trips, I love showing you guys some of the innovative restaurants that have helped turn my hometown into a culinary hotspot.
I recently had the opportunity to visit my favorite local burger joint, Clutch Burger (located in Coral Gables), and learn how they make their signature dish, the gourmet Clutch Burger. This thing is a beast and contains two six-ounce wagyu beef patties, two onions rings, arugula, two different cheeses, and clutch sauce on a delicious brioche bun! And best of all, I got to film it all in VR180!
Even though this video was shot in VR, you can still enjoy the full VR experience even if you don’t own a Google Cardboard viewer or a VR headset. If you’re watching from your mobile device, just move your phone around as you watch the video to see every angle possible. And if you’re watching on your computer, just or click on the video and drag the cursor in any direction you want! It’s fun and super easy!
Now, let’s find out how the cooks at Clutch Burger make this amazing, gourmet creation!
1. First, they start by melting the Taleggio, which is a semi-soft Italian cheese with a fruity tang to it!
2. Then, they season their wagyu beef patties with a liberal but even coating of their burger spice mixture and salt and place the seasoned side down on the hot grill.
3. While the beef patties cook, slice the brioche bun horizontally and butter the inside of both pieces.
4. Place the buttered bun on the grill, buttered side down.
5. Season the top of the beef patties with an even coating of burger spice and salt.
6. Adjust the positioning of the burgers to give them perfect grill marks.
7. Spray the burgers with water and oil to get the grill to flame up around the beef patties.
8. Readjust the burgers again for perfect grill marks on the other side.
9. Top one patty with two slices of different types of cheese. One is American cheese.
10. Spray the grill again to get the flames to melt the cheese.
11. Top the cheesy burger with Clutch sauce and place the other beef patty on top of it.
12. Build your burger with arugula and a fried onion ring on the bottom bun, and place the two beef patties on top.
13. Pour the melted Taleggio cheese over the top of the patties and let it drip down the sides of the burger.
14. Place a second fried onion ring on top and then add the top piece of the bun. Skewer the burger through the top with a steak knife and plate it.
15. Add the Clutch Burger flag toothpick to complete your gourmet burger!
After that, there was nothing left to do but dig in! This burger is so freaking delicious. It’s juicy and the Clutch sauce is incredible. I loved the crunch from the onion rings! It was perfect, temperature-wise, and the wagyu beef was a nice medium rare. You don’t want to overcook wagyu beef! This is, hands down, the best burger you’ll find in South Florida!
I hope you enjoyed coming with me to see how the cooks at Clutch Burger make one of the tastiest burgers in the world! If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe so you don’t miss any of my upcoming travel/food adventures.
