Peter and Lara Jean Fight

Damn the acting after Peter left was phenomenal! She’s devastated but trying to convince herself that this didn’t just happen. She gets extremely anxious and tries to stop crying, as well as trying to get through the shock, and right at the end, she finally accepts, and starts crying. Great acting.

Thing is both emotions have a right to be there. Peter feels as if she's choosing a school over him, and obviously has some abandonment issues about being second choice. It doesn't excuse him wanting Lara Jean wanting to go to Berkly, but his feelings are perfectly understandable in this situation. He's scared, that's all. Lara Jean has (obviously) no obligation to wanting to choose NYU over Berkley and that's okay too. It's nobody's fault that this went the certain way it did, and they both have a right to feel the way they do. That's just a part of the working part of relationships.

They are both right and thats what makes this intense complex scene. I dont think she realised what she was doing about the sex but nevertheless it was the wrong intention to do it. And he's mad she's going away not because he wants to get in her way but it is literally physically painful to be away from who you love.

I love that at 2:10, she does that reaction, as if she's pinching/squeezing herself to let her conscience know that this isn't just a nightmare when you're sleeping, it's actually happening to her in reality, and she can't believe it (hence the head-shaking)....so sad :(

3 movies and he was a jerk in all of them. She should’ve dumped him for sure in the second one and ended up with someone else. Getting back together was eh, but after this drama they both should’ve gone their separate ways.

Aye if anything Lara is the one who fucked it all up because she was feeling so insecure about their relationship and was only willing to have sex for a moment of relief, Peter was right pouting that out which made it worse for him when we was already worried about the future
In my opinion Lara Jean messed up big time in this scene
