If I didn’t say this before, and I might have, but I was a teenager when this song came out and I was camping with my friends and family, and I was sitting at night under the moon on a bench at a lake and this song came on and I will never ever forget it andthat it was one of the best years of my life listening this song sitting next to a new guy I had a crush on and kissing under the moonlight. I love bread. I love this song and I will never ever forget it. Thank you. Now I am 67 years old and those were the best years of my life.

David is one of the most underrated artists of all time . He never really seemed to get his dues . Great songs are songs that stand the test of time, and he wrote many that do. Just a phenomenal talent in my opinion.

There were so many great singer/songwriters doing great work in the late '60, '70's, and part of the '80's. Wonderful talents. Why are there so few today? It's not that "music tastes have changed." My kids even think songs like this are wonderful and wish there were more of this kind of thing.
