And you can literally work light years away from Frieza, like Lemo. You don't have to get involved in the bloodshed or anything, just do your 9 to 5 space station job and hey, you might get to meet the Ginyu Force one day!

That would explain why so many in the Freeza Force are so loyal to Freeza. He's actually paying them well, giving them job perks, allowing reasonable leave time, they get free top of the line healthcare, and bonuses for based on proformance during specifc projects (such as taking over a planet). I mean, Freeza himself actually handed out bonuses to Lemo and Chelai personally for finding and recruiting Paragas and Broly during the movie, and he didn't seem to have any problems with handing it out. In fact, he seemed to be grateful and otherwise polite & civil towards them. It shows that Freeza knows how to use positive reinforcement and not just death threats to get what he wants from his underlings.

“Yo, the Frieza Force is pretty chill. You should like, join it or something.”

Don't forget. Cheelai specifically joined the Freeza Force because the Galactic Patrol, the freaking space police, wouldn't arrest her for the crime of stealing one of their ships if she was part of the Freeza Force. So they also have some serious clout, if all you want is the reputation buff.

Going back watching the original DBZ episodes there was a flashback to Frieza talking about King Vegeta and Vegeta actually killed one of his men and Frieza tells him he should be more lenient to his subjects and I was like WHAT?!

Yet another gentle reminder that Freeza, before being an evil emperor and psychopath...is a businessman.

All you have to do to live a long and successful life in the Frieza Force is: never go on a mission with Lord Frieza himself. Just call in sick if you are assigned to go with him.

I think the fact that Frieza tolerated the Ginyu force's silly antics in the first case is a pretty strong indicator that he's an alright boss

"Yeah, the boss is hella racist but the benefits are good, and it beats space trucking." Frieza soldier 9942 renamed Limon after joining the FF

Its actually hilarious, Frieza is a good boss probably to avoid Coups, he's evil towards anyone who opposes him though. He's also actually shockingly chill to be around when he isnt trying to kill you, he tolerates the ginyu force better than I'd expect

I still feel like a post-freeza galaxy would be a very interesting setting for a dragonball spin-off. Just the remnants of Freeza's space empire going at eachother to fill the freea-shaped hole at the top of the pyramid.

Xenoverse 2 did this for the freeza species plotline, but unfortunately that's a handful of missions, not a long-running campaign.

You don't even need high ki. If you suck with ki, they just give you a gun that does the whole laserblasting for you

Freeza hardly even kills his underlings in the manga, although he's still shown to be absolutely callous and murderous. There's only one time I can think of where he does kill one of his own, and it was the soldier who was standing in between him and Trunks. It was the anime that depicts him killing his henchman more often, I suppose to make him even more terrifying. And yet the manga in it's own way makes him scarier by showing him kill the Namekian child, not Dodoria.
The benefits of joining Freeza's empire would be 1.) Advanced medical machines that can seemingly heal almost any injury. 2.) Freeza's reputation/name alone would probably protect you from most outsiders, such as the Galactic Patrol. 3.) As seen in DBS Broly, Freeza rewards people fairly if they do their given assignments. 4.) As seen in a bonus chapter from DB Super, Freeza does not affiliate with criminals. 5.) The Special Ginyu Force in the anime claim to recieve free healthcare, vacations and other bonuses. Whether this only applies to elite forces or to the entire Freeza organization is unclear. 6.) The Freeza Force appears to accept anyone as long as their fit for their job. Even races that were despised, such as the Saiyans, were allowed to join the ranks. 7.) Advanced galactic travel. 8.) Selling planets would be presumably extremely profitable.

The Universe is a huge place. Honestly, there's a good chance you're stationed somewhere far away from Frieza and snag a decent desk job.

Being a child is seeing Frieza as a villain. Being an adult is realizing Frieza’s business is a side effect of poor practices from the galactic federation and he was doing the saiyans a favor by uplifting them and providing them a job. Frieza only blew them up because they were too hostile in the workplace with Beerus’ request being the final nail in the coffin.

Tbh it's rare to be punished by Frieza if you just learn your place. Don't talk back, don't act on your own, and do your duty to the best of your ability. Even then, if you're a real good Soldier like Zarbon, he'll forgive your mistakes at least once.

He only got rid of the Saiyans because they could be a threat in the Future, so you could just train until you're Ginyu Force level or less and you'll be good. Plus by the time of Super, Frieza values stronger soldiers much more
