My sister once lost her DS and looked everywhere for it but couldn't find it. That night she had a dream about where it was... Next day she checked and it was exactly where it was in the dream! 😂

I dream almost every night or every sleeping session. I swear some of my dreams I feel I can turn into a story that can be a novel and/or movie.

I don't know... I've had some pretty stressful dreams. Once I woke up briefly in pure rage and passing back out because I had a dream that pissed me off...

Please explain why I never have dreams. Beyond the "you do and just dont remember them."

I bet the last reason is why Jung's dream analysis is so important for mental health. I only get sad for long with dreams I have over and over (the main one I have is from trauma). Like my brain isn't letting the process complete properly. But once I started therapy, it got a lot better.

If you would like to remember you dreams, write them down right after you wake up.

Could you guys make a full video about dreams? This is incredibly interesting and I feel like there’s so much more to explore than you had time for in this short.

I have PTSD and I figured this was the case. All of my dreams are related either to things I thought about during the day (or the past few days) or past traumatic experiences. When I wake up, the first thing I do is connect the various aspects of my dreams from that night to things that I thought about before sleeping.

Thank you for explaining *why* EMDR therapy works!! It mimics REM sleep and is used for people with trauma & PTSD. Now I know exactly why so many people find success with this therapy!!

I can tell you from personal experience that after I was assaulted, waking up and remembering feeling anxious and scared and actively swinging to defend myself from the dream. Like a punch in the dream to irl hitting my wall with my knuckles. I literally punched myself outta sleep.

Just wanted to point out that you guys at AsapSCIENCE have been doing an amazing job with making the transition to short videos. I know with all the changes to video-making it can be difficult for YouTubers to adjust to the change. I have been watching your guy’s videos since the beginning and am very pleased to see you still making awesome, informational, fun, and creative videos! Keep up the great work AsapSCIENCE!! 😊👍🏽

I’ve never had nightmares, never woken up crying or sweating or thrashing or anything. My dreams are always good or neutral, sometimes scary or risky situations happen but never remotely close to nightmare level. I’m never terrified in my dreams. Can somebody explain that? I’m really intrigued.

Ill never understand why my brain decides the only dreams I'm allowed to have are spooky ones.

When I'm sick, I always dream like I'm in an endless roller coaster ride. It's one thing I really hate when I do get sick, aside from being sick.
