Awww Thank you for this video!! great stuff!!! I'm new to luxury bags/items and my first piece was LV SLGs got the mono, graphie on may and june 2020 and has been buying stuff online at LV website. Thank you for sharing. These are things we normally do not pay attention such as the privacy and policies. Lesson learned from now on will be clearing cookies. I am sooo glad you did this video. Same thing happened to me...ordered too many LV items in one year. Called customer service to ask why I couldn’t order online anymore. They said they would contact their IT department. Reply back...nothing was wrong with my account. Couldn’t even order an item thru customer service. Now I have a fabulous SA to order for me without a problem, ever. Thank you so much for this video.

I just got an email that they blocked me for 2 years from Website/Smartphone/shop :( Maybe because I ordered 8 bags in 4 months...

Thank you for your video.I really wanted on the go but since I watched your video I won't be buying from LV.its not a company I want to do business with if they are like this plus asking way too many personal info is not what I want.nope this isn't for me...I'm disappointed in how crapy this company can be especially for the price tag...ill stick to my coach and micharl kors and dooney and bourke.at least I know they treat their customers better than that.I watched later videos to know all worked out for you do I'm happy but for those of us who wanted to try this brand, thank you for helping me make up my mind..

I was super worried about the purchase limit, but I started collecting LV recently and was able to order 9 things on the website over a 4 week period and no issues (shrugs). They are all different items (at least all different canvas types).

I skimmed their privacy policy before viewing this video. If they mention limits, they really hide it. It should be upfront on the website.

I know you mentioned SA can overwrite it, but if Im blocked online and go to store and meet random sa, she can refuse to sell when come to paying and she can see it from computer and wont sell to me? Im too shy to come to store to check if they would tell it to my face :P almost 2 years gone now from block.
