I also got banned from LV 3 years ago, till this day I still can’t purchase anything from them .😂 I stop shopping from this brand . Not a big deal. It can save us a lot money though . 🎉

They probably have this policy in place to prevent people from cornering the market on LV stuff, I'd imagine it takes time and skill to produce their items so it would probably be fairly easy to corner it if they didn't have any kind of policy like this in place.

The ban could have resulted from the number of returns in a short amount of time. Also, LV is sending a message to deter resellers.

I thought the tone of the letter was direct and not demeaning in any way. However I get where you’re coming from. I would contact the legal team to ensure the ban has been lifted then try again

Hello. Thanks for sharing. I have been banned from LV as well. It seems like around the same time frame. MY two years has expired recently. I tried to make a purchase before Christmas, and it would not accept. It left a bad taste in my mouth as well because I do not have a lv store near me. the closest store is 4 hours away. Also, some of my returns was due to the quality. But to say all that, I love LV so :)... I know you do too. I even tried to get my husband to purchase but they rejected because we have the same address. They for real for like they even flag your address. but in all people should be aware of such policy and thank you for doing the video. I guess I will have to write to the legal dept. to see if my ban can get lifted before my birthday in March. I called customer service and they advise that is the only way. Have a great one. I'm sorry to hear u got ban from LV. I am from Australia. I have SA/CA that i work with. I bought duplicate LV item b4. This year, I bought over 30 items ranging from canvas items to leather to ready to wear, fine jewellery, and shoe. I exchanged 2 items. And returned 1. My SA said to me last week that I am VIP (i still don't believe i am VIP), and LV insists on buying me lunch (one on one with my SA) since I skip VIP cocktail and VIP dinner. I always thought luxury brand treat customers not so nice. I am the same as u. If the brand doesn't treat me well, I don't shop in there. And becoz I got a great relationship with my SA. The thing just became so easy, even duplicate items. Relationship with SA is the key, I guess.

I am approaching the 12 consecutive month purchase limit. I went in to pick up an item yesterday, asked the SA to explain the rules to me. And they tried to dance around my question pretending like they didn’t know of the rule.
I don’t understand why. I’m just trying to be a responsible purchaser. I intended on buying about 20 items in 12 months. I have bought 9, so I’m only comfortable buying two more and then I will wait.
