Pleased to see reports that support the humanitarian efforts of the Ukrainians. At least the agencies such as Red Cross have access to the Russians who live within the areas of Russia occupied by Ukraine. Presumably, these agencies are able to observe and report on the welfare of the Russians in these areas.
