This guy sang this song and others better than anyone else and in my opinion he should have gotten so much more recognition than he did in his career he was absolutely brilliant and besides that he was a really nice person and was lucky enough to have met him a few times

Music is what ties us together and brings the past alive. This song came out in
the summer of 1966. I was 18 at the time and was just going to college for the
first time about 800 miles from my hometown. This song helped to alleviate the
anxiety for being away from home and made me feel like the future would be
a better place. There's been a lot of tragedy in my life since then, but this song
makes me feel that, no matter what, all will be well.

This song has been playing in my mind over a week! I was just 12 or 13 when this unforgettable song was on the radio (transistor) a lot. I thought Spooky and Stormy and Sunny were the same Singer; They all gave me the same wonderful vibe, and still do....in my top 10 all-time faves!
