Sony PVM Blinking Screen

The picture keeps bouncing in RGB SCART for certain consoles. SNES and my modded 240p 3DO looks fine however other systems keep blinking and bouncing! I don't think it's the age of the TV Something tells me there's a setting I need to adjust in Service Menu.

Other Sony TVs you normally adjust SSMD from 0 to 3 and that fixes it. I checked the service mode on this one and it doesn't have an option labeled SSMD. Which option do I need to mess with? I'd rather not enter Service Mode unless I know exactly what to look for.

i know it's 2 years late, but any chance you able to fix the issue?
my pvm seems not able to handle 60hz signal and the pict are scrolling like yours, but once i feed it with 50hz signal, the picture became perfectly stable.
i kinda frustated as i thought all pvms are cross compatible with 60/50hz signals.
