Sony PVM 1454QM shaking image issue

Image starts shaking when I set Brightness or Contrast near maximum. What can cause it?

Capacitors! You need to replace those and get the boards checked by a pro. These is high voltage in those that can be deadly so watch out ;)

Bad example using a 480i source. Load a PS1 game like Street Fighter once in the game is there a shake?
The intro boot sequence of the PS1 is an interlace signal, hence why u will notice a shaky image.
