Sony PVM 20M4 No Picture, wobbly edges, no menu

I have two monitors exhibiting this exact issue.

20M4 - initially showed an image but slowly faded away, I can hear sound, but zero image and zero menu. I had to turn up the g2 voltage slightly to see this otherwise it would just be black.

14m4 - same as above. Showed retrace lines ontop of monitor initially, adjusted v hold to get image back, it just got worse, eventually a bright green screen, then nothing. Then I replaced C584 with 1uf 160v cap, and it didn't help. Still having same issue.
