The Miku NT here is the 1.0 version. There is new updates that is making her sounds less choppy and more like "the old Miku"

i think it's personal preference at this point, you can still understand NT, most people just seem to have a preference for the older versions.

I think it’s funny how nobody really is putting into account this is literally *the very first time they’re doing this by themsleves* she’s gonna sound different and not as “polished” lmao. Plus she’s still in prototype

ironically, v2 sounds more realistic than NT and less nasal, but NT is way more clear and less choppy. i love both of them ! we should just not forget that tuning makes a whole difference. i don't get why NT got that much hate

I love NT, yes, she sounds more nasal, that's what makes her voice more special (at least for me) I love that she has a more robotic sound, and she's way easier to tune.

NT generally sounds pretty nasally and robotic (probably because it’s a prototype), but when compared to other voicebanks like V4 and V3, she definitely sounds closer to V2’s “cuter-sounding” voice. Perhaps that’s what they were going for?

V2 is definitely a lot more musical— but NT has a really clear tone

I find it funny that people say that they hate miku's NT voice yet under the same breath say that they're going to get her NT voicebank like they end up getting her anyways they literally just contradicted themselves I can't 😂

I think including both of their voice makes it more catchy even tho the voices has only a slight difference.

NT still has a long way to go to live up to the past versions. If even V2 is better I think that speaks a lot of the quality of the voicebank.

V2 she doesn’t have coronavirus and nt is almost as choppy as v2 with the good recording of v4 (minus stuffiness). I definitely like the smoothness of nt more, but v2 is definitely better

Edit: relistening in June, nt actually sounds more like a real Japanese girl while sounding a little robotic still

i love mikus nt voicebank, it has more clarity than v2 and its honestly so adorable. i find the nasally factor to be a charm point, or, atleast to me

I think NT sounds kind of like a more refined version of v2, it has the cuteness she lost, but is a lot clearer, and stronger
