I wish Finality’s Auger was tied to whatever super we use. If the turret changed elements based on our subclass, it would have been really cool. A suspending explosion on strand, Ice Crystals on stasis, volting on arc, Scorch on Solar, and volatile on void.

Turret should either apply scorch on hits, or have attrition orbs. Food for thought.

If they running out of ideas for exotic, give us a gjallahorn effect to our own weapon . I.E."" every final blow from this shotgun procs you& ally legendary shotgun with a secondary napalm rounds, doing 80% of each shot for a short duration"". A sg with redirection buffing up that kind of power

Biggest problem is the DMG of Finality’s auger is has its style but not enough dmg to beat the Queen

The turret mode is the useful part and it serves its purpose for add clear imo. I think it needs a tad bit more love. Bait and switch is cool but we are back into more of an “ease of use” meta. Why not just use queensbreaker and aim the gun the whole damage phase rather than swap weapons while remembering to fire a turret and getting bait and switch to proc. That can be done with cataclysmic saving up an exotic spot. The catalyst, imo, should’ve improve the turret some how. Maybe spawn and extra turret or the turret is more aggressive and lasts an extra 10 seconds.

Too bad Finality’s Auger is poopoo garbage at DPS when compared to other linears. At that point just use an area denial GL and Queenbreaker
