This is great... that more importance that Nurses can be given the better. They are the engine of our Healthcare system and without nurses, there is no Healthcare system.

I think we also need a chief nursing officer in each province who can deal with issues as they happen.This is different from the nursing unions in each province. This must be implemented to develop change.
