My Top TEN Resin TOOLS - Must Have For Beginners!

Hi! I'm almost embarrassed to upload this "top ten resin tools must have for beginners" video! I've never talked so much on camera! It's awkward and unnerving to say the least..and can we talk about my hair..geesh! Anyway, for all of you that ask me what tools I use to begin a resin art project..here you go! ATTENTION! The Breathe Buddy pink filters may not be adequate for resin, the respirator I use will be listed in my shop. Sorry for the confusion. They have not replaced the filter, it is a separate kind of filter. As always, please do your own research and judgement when working with resin. Happy creating everyone!

You need to use a respirator that can use Organic Filters. Also... Full face, to cover your eyes. Vapors can be absorbed thru eyes much more than one's skin. (Professional Firefighter here). Also ask your vendor for the current MSD, Material Safety Data sheet for the epoxy/resin you are planning to use. Read it!

It’s great that you mention respirators. It is only half the info they need though. Some will no doubt end up with a respirator and a dust filter which does not protect from resin off gasses. A respirator is only effective with the right filter!

This was a great video for the beginner to know what tools needed and why. I liked that reminded people of some so simply dangers that some would never think of such as the heat gun and torch by acholic wipes such a easy mistake. Thank you

This was a very much appreciated video, I am in the process of gathering supplies to start my resin journey. I think these types of videos are highly underrated so any videos telling us what supplies are must haves and what supplies are best for what type of product, what are things you bought but rarely use.
