When I attach the microphone to the phone, I cannot hear the sound unless I remove it, and if I remove it, it does not record until I restart the phone. Also, I cannot hear the people in the live broadcast, only they can hear me. Is there a solution???

You should pick and choose your content creator before your clients dont trust your product anymore.. i buy it and the noise cancelation is not as good as this content event i only use small fan like only 10 cm fan

just like every other noise cancelation - cuts of the persons voice and the noise is still there. tbh it's way worse than having the noice in the video
