DJI Mic 2 Bluetooth Audio Quality - Is it Good?

I tested two ways to get good audio into a 360 camera like the Insta360 X4. My favorite method is still to use the RODE Wireless Pro with the audio adapter.

I tested an updated Mic 2 today and there was clipping for me even though I was way out in the desert away from possible interference and always well within 6 feet of the camera. Bluetooth is good in a pinch but you’re right. Direct is the best way to get crispy audio. Switching to using an RX when the mount arrives. Cheers!

The DJI mic 2’s receiver can connect via USB-C to you 360 cam giving you great audio, noise cancellation and the ability to internally record 32-Bit float is still an option if you use the receiver or not

Do you have a list of the items for the rode/insta x4 setup? Looks like some sort of an adapter for the audio input into the x4. I see a falcam f38 quick release as well

I think I’m gonna have a DJI mic 2 hooked up to the x4 with Bluetooth. And then in my other pocket have another DJI mic 2 recording internal audio, then I’ll be able to easily sync it in post right ?
