Good tips, I never get why people give thumbs downs on videos that try to help people. Anyone that has chohns I wish you well in your recovery. I find for me eating meat and including ingredients like onion, garlic and ginger help me. Drinking lots of water, eating small meals for energy, banana, drinking peppermint tea helps a lot, aloe Vera juice, turmeric supplements, pro biotics and lots of rest. Good luck all
