So glad I mastered the V-Seat! I love the fact that you include a warm-up and cool-down in each sequence so I don't skip on it :)

This is exceptional! I am going to commit to doing this one this week! Lock down has made me struggle to train at home but with this I have no excuse. I can't wait to do this routine.

This was awesome! After we did the routine once on each side, I thought we were done...then you said, "let's go again." I was like, "Noooo..." But I pushed through. You said, "You ready? I am. Let's go." LOL!

I tried a new beginner pole lessons in 2018 but didn’t put too much effort on it.
But I started doing it again this year.
I just need to exercise everyday, build up strength and develop flexibility as I am so stiff.😂
I’ll visit your video warm-ups everyday.

Im loving your workout videos!! Sometimes i wish that when you first showed a move, you would do it once facing away from the camera, or at a 45 degree angle. sometimes i am confused about which leg goes where at which time. im adjusting the speed and working on it though! thank you!

I have carpal tunnel and it makes pole dancing/exercise almost unbearable. Have you ever had an issue like this or know anybody that has had the same issue? Sorry I’m on my boyfriends acc too lol
