(Hindi) Indian Council Act 1892 Explained in Detail

In this video I have talked about the Indian Council Act of 1892 in which the association of Indian with the administration of India increased. This was bought in response to the formation and increased activities of Indian National Congress.....the non official majority in both Central Legislative Council and Provincial Legislative Council was increased through this Indian Council Act of 1892.
