We tried the recipe to the dot, followed all the steps and the output is as he said in his video, excellent. We made in during the weekend get together and all the people, most of them tasted it for the first time and fell in love with the dish and asked for the recipe. Hats off Chef Bhat.

I am married to a Punjabi person so I cook both north and South Indian dishes but didn’t have a good guide to teach me authentic South Indian dishes and your videos are a blessing. Finally I got my set dosa measurements right . Thank u chef. Though u gave us the measurements in kgms and gms..I converted it to cup measurements and yes..it did worked so perfect..I tried different versions of set dosa and it was a flop and finally I could say this worked..and the aval I bought ..was finally put to use. I made it as 5 cups of idli rice, 3/4 cup each of aval and urad dal and of course 1 tbsp of methi seeds. Thank u chef
