Hey, great video, but I have a question for you. What if I get married to my girlfriend when she is in the US on a J-1 Visa as a teacher and she has has to go back and live in Japan for 2 years as required by her Visa? I heard she can request to waive it, but is there any other way around this if the waiver gets denied if we are married before her J-1 Visa expires and I am a US born citizen? I REALLY don't want to be separated from her for any long amount of time, past a month. So if there is any way she can stay in the US during the process that would be the best. Thank you!
