, if a US citizen spouse is married to a Moroccan citizen (in a Moroccan Court and everything is legal). is it possible If the American spouse wants to do all the paper work in Morocco without flying back to the States ?? ( like online applying and faxing all the needed documents ) because she wants to stay in Morocco until they get the visa so that they leave together.

I applied for Japanese spouse visa but it was rejected. I’ve been in the USA since prior to the COVID 19 lockdown. I’m from Canada. Married to my American wife for 17 years this July. We were about to file when everything happened.
