Guys another additional tip I would recommend is to also send money to your spouse abroad and use that as evidence to show you also providing financial support for your partner just another bonus to solidify your case hope it helps inshallah

Assalam walekum, I'm Dilshad khan from india.and i want to ask something, Mari first marriage india me Kiya tha but now I'm divorce. And now I'm going to second manage with British girl, she live in UK. But mere passport per mari first wife ka name hai, to kiya mujhe spouse visa aply kar ne me koi problem hogi? But i have divorce degree by court. To kiya agar me es passport per spouse Visa aply karu ga to kiya Visa refused ho jayega?

You can switch from a work visa to a spouse visa. Your spouse has to sponsor you because your work visa contract will end unless they decide to keep you as their employee on which you came for the work visa with that company. So you have to provide your spouses payslips.

Hlo sir, humare marriage certificate per place of marriage ke box mein just city name likha hai but in wedding card per palace ka name likha . Hor wedding card embessy v jayenga. Abhi time ni k marriage certificate per full name likhe. To iska koi issue to ni mere or mere husband ke visa upr??

For the vfs passport collections (with vignette) it says wait approx 7-10 working days, is that from the date which the brp email was sent or from the date that's dated on the brp email originally. And if there isn't a message from the vfs passport collection centre should we ring them and enquire. Thanks

hay many many thanks for your effort, I have applied last year in July got success 4 weeks ago, and now I have taken my passport to Jerrys in Islamabad 2weeks still haven't hear from them as I was told it will only take up to 10 days. do you know how long will it takes for visa to get stump on my passport. at meanwhile I am trying to track it and it comes up Dinmark or Japan. if you know the right link would much appreciate.
