I made this. It was delicious. The only thing I changed was the cooking time for the thighs because they were really small. I also added just a little cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce so it could be used as a gravy over the mashed potatoes.

Something to think about .... 1. Time necessary to build a crust 2. Softened crust due to sauce poured on top. Just something to think about.
