GTA 5: Michelle Mentions Niko (GTA Online Heists)

Anyone who played GTA 4 needs no explanation but for those who didn't, here's how it goes: Niko and Michelle once dated, but Michelle turned out to be a spy who was watching him. Her agency forced Niko to work for them by blackmailing him with his crimes.

Niko was told that if he didn't work with them, he would be deported back to his country, which he was trying to escape. So she was obviously talking about Niko.

I don't understand. Michelle was at least tolerable in GTA4 but why did they turn her into a non-stop talking mega-bitch in GTAV? It's kinda sad.

She is not referring to Niko here. She did not entrap him, as her attempts to make him talk about his criminal activities failed. She did not cajole him, as it was UL Paper's offer to find Darko Brevic that motivates Niko to work for them. And Niko was never threatened with deportation as far as I remember.
